I’m Ian, I blend research with design to bring smart ideas to life.

Hey, I’m Ian, a product designer, researcher, and developer focused on creating impactful, user-centered experiences in AI and fintech. Currently, I’m leading UX in AI at Chinabank, where I’m helping shape the future of digital banking.

Before Chinabank, I was a Senior UX Researcher at Maya, building intuitive and data-driven products. Alongside design, I also have experience as a developer, working on freelance projects like FDCP Channel, Entity, and more.

I’m also a mentor at UX+ University and was a part-time instructor at CIIT, where I share my passion for product research and design with the next generation of talent.
